Elevate Flavor Guarantee
Eligibility: The Flavor Guarantee applies to purchases made through Shake to Elevate / Market at WVM official website. The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Claim Process:
If you’re not satisfied with the flavor of our product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase at info@shaketoelevate.com. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request that unused portions of the product be returned for evaluation.
Refund/Replacement Options:
Upon approval of your claim, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price and will be using the refund process of the system that will credit your original payment method.
Exclusions:
The Flavor Guarantee does not cover:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products that have been misused or improperly stored
- Claims made after the 30-day period
- Claims based on unrealistic expectations that do not align with the intended purpose of the product such as
- Expecting product to be salty (when purchasing NoSalt Blend)
- Expecting product to have mustard flavor (when there’s no mustard included)
- Using product on food that was not on the list of recommendations (for example, NoSalt Blend does not go well with Salmon)
- Expecting a favor that was not part of the ingredient.
Limitations:
The Flavor Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer for up to one bottle. Refunds or replacements are processed within 7-10 business days after the claim is approved.

Our Flavor Guarantee is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with the taste of our products. It is not a warranty for product quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability. The guarantee applies only to the flavor experience and is limited to the terms and conditions stated above. Shake to Elevate (TM) reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Flavor Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Claims may be subject to verification.
